Over 90 Years of Authentic Mexican Flavors in Oklahoma City

Our story doesn’t just cover a few years—it spans generations of family tradition, passion, and flavor right here in Oklahoma.

It all began in 1935, when uncle Don Luis Alvarado opened the doors to El Charro in downtown Oklahoma City, introducing locals to authentic Mexican cooking. Over the decades, that dedication to scratch-made food, warm hospitality, and community grew into some of OKC’s most beloved culinary landmarks, including El Charrito, Pepe’s and Laredos Mexican Restaurant.

Today, Casa de los Milagros proudly carries that historic torch forward on North Classen Boulevard.

Every single dish we serve is a tribute to our past. We still use our time-honored family recipes, making our salsas, slow-simmered meats, and signature sauces completely from scratch every single day. From our sizzling fajitas to our classic tamales, we serve the exact same comfort food that has brought Oklahoma families together around the table for nearly a century.

We aren’t just a restaurant; we are a piece of Oklahoma City’s history. When you dine with us, you aren't just a customer—you are a guest in our family's home.

Come taste the legacy.
